## A More Reliable Deposit Experience
We have completed an important update to the ShotBits deposit system, improving the way deposits are processed, tracked and credited to your Deposit Balance.
Confirmed deposits are now connected more clearly to your balance and transaction history, making it easier to understand when a payment has been completed and how it affected your account.
Only successfully confirmed and eligible deposits are credited and counted toward campaign progress.
Failed, cancelled, reversed, refunded, test or otherwise invalid deposits do not contribute to your Deposit Balance or Deposit Reward progress.

## Introducing Cumulative Deposit Rewards
During an active Deposit Rewards campaign, your eligible confirmed deposits are added together automatically.
You do not need to deposit the full milestone amount in one transaction. Multiple smaller deposits continue building your progress until your next reward is unlocked.
### Current Reward Milestone
For every 500 sat in cumulative eligible deposits, you unlock:
1 Free Play
Valid across all supported games.
1 Free Spin
Valid across all supported slots.
Follow your current progress, completed milestones and available rewards from the Rewards page (/dashboard/rewards).

## How Cumulative Progress Works
Every confirmed eligible deposit adds to your campaign total. Each completed 500 sat milestone grants another reward bundle.

Progress above a completed milestone is never discarded. Any remaining amount automatically carries forward until your next reward is unlocked.

## Free Rewards Are Used Automatically
You do not need to activate a Free Play or Free Spin manually.
When an applicable reward is available, ShotBits automatically uses it before charging your Deposit Balance. The game or slot page clearly shows when your next action will use a free reward.

Free Plays and Free Spins granted by the current campaign expire 7 days after they are issued.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged directly for cash. Any winnings earned from a free reward are credited to your Deposit Balance.
